WATERING YOUR BODY
I think any person who has tried to lose weight knows one thing, at least in theory. He/she has to drink more water. I have taken resolutions that I will drink 4-5 liters of water every day at least 50 times before today. But the problem is this, we forget. We forget to drink water. There is a way by which you can condition your mind to remind you to drink more water throughout the day. Every time you use washroom, drink a glass of water. If you are able to condition your mind for this, you will not have to remember to drink water. Moreover, because you will drink a glass full of water, you will have to use washroom more often. It is as simple as that!
