I am following my RYBO program. Right now, I am following the walk for 4 minutes, run for 1 minute schedule. I walk for 30 minutes out of which 25 minutes are walking time and 5 minutes are running time. But I have to run slowly, really slow. I run at the same speed in which I walk. I am following the 8 mini-meals a day diet.
1. I eat one banana and around 10 dry fruits in the morning. I drink ½ cup tea with ½ spoon sugar. I also take one glassful of lukewarm water with 1 spoon fenugreek seeds.
2. Next is breakfast, in which I eat 1 paratha or 1 chilla or something like that. I drink one cup tea with 1 spoon sugar.
3. Then I have my lunch around 1:30 in which I eat 2 paratha or 2 chapati with subji and a bowl of curd with ½ spoon sugar.
4. Around 4 in the evening I again have a cup of tea with 1 spoon sugar and 1 bowl dry bhel.
5. Then I eat 2 eggs white with a mug of milk and 1 big spoon Bonvita.
6. Then I eat fruit and/or dry fruits.
7. In dinner, I again take 2 chapati or paratha, with one serving of subji and 1 bowl daal.
8. Post dinner, I take 1 cup milk with Bonvita.
I want to change this diet in the months to come to following diet.
1. 1 banana or apple with 10 dry fruits. 1 glass lukewarm water with flax seeds.
2. Breakfast. 1 cup tea with ½ spoon sugar.
3. Lunch maximum by 1:30, chapatti, daal-subji+ salad. Curd, without sugar or very less sugar.
4. Around 4, tea and dry bhel.
5. 2 eggs whites. 1 glass milk with very little Bonvita.
6. Fruits
7. Dinner, chapatti, subji and daal.
8. 1 glass lukewarm water with fenugreek seeds.
I want to stick to this diet forever. I feel this diet is very sensible. If I will stick to this diet, I will be able to shed off the kilos and keep them off without losing my strength. I also want to make sure that I eat right food at the right time of the day and I stay regular in eating time.
